About me
I spoke to 422 commercial investment real estate investors or professionals at 7 trade shows which I visited from Munich. Through FIABCI TFTF (Task Force Trade Fairs) I was able to have a stand at most of the fairs. 422 contacts are now in my database in addition to the ones I collected over the past 22 years.
Presently staying in Munich from where I go to commercial investment real estate trade shows, real estate meetings, speaking engagements and conduct presentations to groups of investors.
The latest trade fairs I attended were INVEST in Stuttgart, REALTY 2009 in Brussels (where I was asked to speak), VIENNA REAL in Vienna, PROVADA in Amsterdam and Cityscape in Abu Dhabi. As well as a 2 day seminar at the real estate academy ADI in Freiburg where they have a department that only does appraisals for portfolios of 100 Units and more. Also I attended Stuttgart 21, and RICS 10th Anniversay at the Porsche Museum.
I have spoken to 422 prospects in a few of months.
My goal is to get the contacts I need to sell the properties I and my network have in the USA and in Europe. I work for investors from Dubai, Switzerland, USA, France, Belgium and Germany looking for opportunities for them.
