Seit 1989 bin ich in der IT in den verschiedensten Projekten in
leitender und/oder fuehrender Position taetig gewesen und verfuege ueber
verhandlungssicheres English in Wort und Schrift. Meine Taetigkeit
fuehrte ich in folgende Laender: Indien, England, Irland, Italien,
Frankreich, Schweden, Spanien, Slovakei, Tschechien, Bulgarien.
 
In den letzten Jahren habe ich unterschiedliche leitende Positionen in
internationalen Unternehmen bzw. Projekten inne gehabt. Mein Fuehrungsstil ist stark
teamorientiert und setzt dabei auf Kommunikation zwischen allen Beteiligten. Seit 1986
arbeite ich mit UNIX/Linux/Windows und habe waehrend meiner
beruflichen Laufbahn alle Themen der Infrastruktur, Vernetzung (LAN/WAN/WLAN),
Migration und Security, Softwarereleasewechsel aktiv gestalten koennen.

* 1&1 Internet AG, Karlsruhe
Interimsmanger / Projektmanager Unterstützung beim Führungswechsel. Stabsaufgaben,
Projektkoordination. Optimierung Strukturen und Prozesse. Analyse, Definition und
Umsetzung von betrieblichen Prozessen. Technische Optimierung von komplexen
IT-Umgebungen. Implementierung von Verfahren und Standards. Initiierung von
Veränderungsprozessen. Teamarbeit/Kooperationen zwischen konfliktbeladenen
Gruppen fördern. Entwicklung und Bestimmung von KPI's. Unterstützung der

Dokumentationsteams. Trainer/Dozent fuer die Airbus-Academy.

Since 1989, I have been working in the IT industry in a large variety of different projects
with managerial or leading responsibilities. My proficiency in spoken and written English is excellent. I worked on projects in the following countries: India, England, Ireland, Italy, France, Sweden, Spain, the Slovak Republic, the Czech Republic, Bulgaria.
 
Over the last few years, I held a variety of senior positions in international companies or projects. My kind of teamleading is strongly teamoriented and is based on communication between all involved parties. I have worked with UNIX/Linux/Windows since 1986. Over the course of my professional career, I have actively worked in all areas of infrastructure, networking (LAN/WAN/WLAN), such as migration and security, software release change.
