Supporting both the business & Finance community on key assumptions for forecasts, planning & quarterly business reviews. Liaison with Sales, Business Development, Product Monetisation & Audience teams and broader Ops Fin community creating successful decision support partnerships balancing short term risk with overall long term objectives.

Based in Munich, Germany First line decision support to understand trends and dynamics of our total Search Ad marketplace. Support the Director, Search Marketplace, to frame analyses for decision making and optimisation. Support the Ops Fin Director, Advertising Marketplaces, on key assumptions for revenue forecasts and diagnostic analyses. Act as liaison between operational teams and the Ops Fin community

Delivery of RPS modelled Search flash/forecast and leading the Search Revenue Plan for europe. Financial/KPI analysis to determine appropriate forecast inputs and assumptions. Revenue Variance analysis and identification of actionable recommendation on upsides/shortfalls. Support quarterly business review process in partnership with adjacent Ops / Ops Fin areas. Includes managing team of 2 analysts
