I have been working with “numbers” in international Sales, Marketing and Business Development for 18 years, both in large corporations and in the company I founded in 2002, MC XTEND.
What I have actually been working with all these years is not numbers though, but PEOPLE: top management, staff, colleagues, clients, suppliers, business partners. These are the ones who make the numbers, and the relationship among them is what contributes to a company’s success or failure.
I am passionate about what people can create when they know how to best use their resources, whether within their organization or within themselves as individuals. That’s why I decided to become a Coach.

PROFESSIONAL AND ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
After 12 years in Germany, Singapore and South Korea working for Mercedes-Benz, today Daimler AG, I moved back to Italy where I founded MC XTEND in 2002. I was asked to teach Sales and Marketing as a freelance at ENAIP, an Italian national school for adult education, which I did in 2003 and 2006. I found it a very enriching experience that I enjoyed very much.
I am a member of the ICF, the International Coach Federation and am currently training with the ICA, the International Coach Academy to obtain my certification. I have a degree in Business Management.
