Jacobsen Fine Art Advisory is not a gallery and do not deal in primary art market. 

We are an art appraiser and advisory firm.  We come with a long and proven experience dealing with high net worth clients, art collectors or investors.
 
We do appraisals for Insurance, Estate Planning (or Taxes), Non-Cash Charitable Contributions, Inventory, Collection Management, Acquisition/Disposition Purposes, Damage Loss and Gifting.
 
As a former Financial Planner, and an Art Appraiser, our firm offers also an added benefit to the client.  Many clients come to us for advice before they purchase or sell their artworks.  We do a thorough due diligence, and act on behalf of the client who hires us.  We source from auction houses, galleries, Private Dealers and Collectors around the world. We make sure the artwork is an original creation of the artist in question and that the art is legitimate. We research the authenticity, condition, provenance and fair market value.  We provide the client with critical information he/she needs to know before proceeding.

Jacobsen Fine Art Advisory, at the request of our clients, may also provide personalized acquisition strategies to create private art collections that reflect the collector’s vision, lifestyle and fit within his financial portfolio. We use a holistic approach to the collecting process providing critical information on the local and international art market cycles, and if needed, the appropriate timing and venues for the sale of specific art of works.
