Experience in (industrial plant) construction/production projects: mechanical and plant engineering, concrete and steel production including financial management, strategic management, business development, procurement and logistics; HSE and QAQC management, project scheduling, cost controlling and quantity surveying; management of contracts and claims.

Experience in human resource management and consulting: recruitment, talent management, leadership development, compensation and benefits, succession planning, creation of job families and competency profiles, policy writing and implementation, performance evaluation, people development, training and education (both in-house and external) as well as stakeholder mapping and corporate citizenship development

Experience in business process (re)engineering: in-depth experience the optimization of work processes, in analysing and designing work processes that increase profitability, efficiency and business outcome; this includes process mapping, information systems review and adaptation, resource planning, supply chain management, change management and turnaround.

Experience in market/project evaluation and risk-management: creation of feasibility studies, business plan, market research, competitor analysis, sustainability analysis, competitiveness reports, etc.; Post-Mortem Analysis; expert opinions, scenario-techniques, best practice analysis; evaluation of risk, estimation of risk potential; reputation and asset risk diagnosis

Experience in financial management: business planning and budgeting; income statements (P&L), balance sheets, investor analysis; due diligence; cash flow analysis; financial and managerial accounting, cost controlling, consolidation as per IFRS and GAAP; allocation of bank facilities, capital structuring including debt financing; documentary credit instruments (such as LCs or bank guarantees) for project financing or import/export of goods.
