Nicole Montag, reports eighteen years of work experience in the chemical, pharmaceutical and insurance industry located in and around Basle, Switzerland. Her diverse interests have moved her from the Health and Security, Logistics to the Controlling department on a local environment and she was able to gain superb insight into the pulse and drive of a Top-Level Management organization in an international setting. She moved on to attain in-depth knowledge in Finance and has worked eight years as a Controller first in the pharmaceutical then in the insurance industry.
 
Nicole holds a Certificate in Accounting from the Open University Business School (UK) and a Bachelor in Psychology (B.Sc. hons. Psychology) with the Open University (UK). Since 2006 Nicole teaches also entrepreneurship aka Business Administration to distance-learning students of a renown Swiss distance learning University (FFHS) specialized in applied sciences. Her aptitude to convince in a multicultural environment, added by her strong analytical skills makes her a valuable resource for Project Management, Marketing, Networking and Training matters where Finance meets Psychology and vice versa. Nicole pays special attention to the movements of the 'beyond budgeting' approach and is a stakeholder of the transformational nature in this paradigm shift.
 
Recently Nicole decided to fully dedicate her energies and attention to scouting people out of their Burn-Out crisis: BlueMonday Coaching, specialising in transforming people and joining them on their individual way out of a stage of experienced "crisis". Moreover she works on her first book on Burn-Out stories and lessons learnt, for which she was able to interview more than 15 people on their personal Burn-Out dramas. Publishing date will be 2009.
