Hakkımda

I am an international speaker and advisor, thought innvoator, and author. I see myself as kind of a "management exorcist", being dedicated to profound and truly transformational change in organizations. I am one of the world´s leading experts on Beyond Budgeting, or, as we now call it, "The BetaCodex": the 21st century alternative to management as most of us know it. Since 2003, I have been dedicating myself full-time to this new type of organizational model and I have been speaking and doing consulting work in more than 25 countries, contributing to change within organizations of all kinds as an advisor to change agents and guiding coalitions.
 
My 3rd book, entitled "The 12 new laws of leadership. The Codex: Why management is dispensable", was published in 2009 by Campus (Germany), several new projects are in the process. The website features content in four languages: English, German, Portuguese and Spanish.
 
Another website you should not miss is that of the BetaCodex Network - a movement which I co-founded early in 2008 and which was then still called the Beyond Budgeting Transformation Network.
