About my previous books: My second book, "Leading with Flexible Targets", was published in 2006 in German language, by Campus Verlag (Frankfurt/New York), and has been awarded the FT Germany/GetAbstract "Best Business Book Award". "Leading with Flexible Targets" has been published in two additional languages, in 2009: In Russian (published by Bely Gorod) and in Portuguese (published by Artmed-Bookman). An Italian edition is forthcoming in early 2010 and will be co-authored with Italian consultant Sergio Mascheretti (to be published by RCS).
