Full responsibility for what is termed your “own business”, i.e. managing a small enterprise, with the company providing the infrastructure (desk, telephone, database, back-office support) in order to realise the ultimate goal of financial profit and success.

The position is entirely candidate focussed and covers the first half of the recruitment cycle (i.e. the search, selection and preparation of candidates up to the point of interview).
