About me
I work for the largest and oldest IP firm in Brazil, Dannemann Siemsen, which is consistently rated as the best in Brazil by Chambers & Partners. We have the only inhouse investigation group in Brazil and a very experienced Criminal Litigation Group which contucts country-wide anticounterfeiting programs for many Fortune 500 companies.
I have written extensively on IP protection, including the book, "Trademark Counterfeiting in Asia and the Pacific Rim," and chapters on anticounterfeiting in the books, "Trademark Anticounterfeiting" and "Famous Trademarks." I am also a frequent speaker at seminars and conferences regarding the protection of IP.
I am the co-manager of the LINKEDIN Groulps, Anit Couterfeit Network, Anti-Counterfeiting Group and Brand Protection IP Professionals.
