Nils currently takes care of administrative issues at NetImpact Framework GmbH, a programming and developer focused business. NetImpact provides a unique framework that focuses on digital implementation ranging from business development, conceptual design, programming to online marketing services. In addition, he is CEO of eTribes Framework GmbH, where Nils supports entrepreneurs through a wide range of services.

Prior experience includes his work at FERNBACH, an international financial software specialist, in London & Luxembourg as well as HSBC, a global financial institution, where he worked in the Investment Banking Financial Sponsor team in London and New York.

His main areas of focus are business management, mergers & acquisitions, controlling and entrepreneurship. Previously, Nils gained experience with Morgan Stanley, Wetzlich Optik and the U.S. Commercial Service.
