  Edit More than 15 years knowledge and experience of Project Management in national and international small and complex projects. This includes Change Management (Spin off, migrations, etc. ), setting up new advisory and service structures within Private Banking/Wealth Management as well as implementation / migration of Front Office Applications and Core Banking systems (e.g. GLOBUS / T24 from Temenos, iAvenue from Saratoga). Furthermore I was able to implement new functional Leadership and Line Management models. All this is based upon practical skills of a banks Back, Middle and Front Office (e.g. HNWI Client Advisory, Team Head Private Banking Service at DBLA AG, Head of Front Office Support UBS AG Germany), Business Management (Staff department of Management Board), Development to Line Management. I´m flexible, committed and open minded!
