I am a true child of the Alps, born and raised in a tiny village in the mountains of Salzburg county, and the eldest of five kids. Life so far has taken me to most continents and into all kinds of weird and wonderful situations, it has given me ample opportunity to try my talents at a great variety of challenges. I am an optimist at heart, however cynical at times, a convinced European, a patriotic Austrian, an Anglophile at heart and most certainly a global citizen above all.
Today I am a proud and happy mother of two bright, lively and curious girls and of a delightful boy (occasionally disguised as a bee), who redefines the meaning of "charme" daily. Luckily I have a partner who is not only my best friend and companion but also a true kindred spirit and a great dad to our kids. We live an intense mix of private and business life, there is no way to separate the two and that's fine as it is. What we build, design and/or conceptualize comes from the heart and we do our best to be critical and demanding towards each other and our work.
I firmly believe that there is a lot to be achieved within the many positive aspects of globalization. And I am certain that there is tremendous potential in cooperation between families to optimize education for talented and willing kids, regardless of location and budget.
