About me

I have been part of the booming BPO industry in Philippines since 2005, which was when inWrite was founded with the vision of creating a BPO provider that could both offer competitive rates to onshore clients while at the same time offering good salaries and working conditions to our great employees. I came from the IT industry originally, and since 1993 I have had experience with different roles such as programmer, business analyst, project manager, and CEO.

Publishing outsourcing services
In Philippines, our primary focus is to grow inWrite into a serious player in the international publishing outsourcing scene. We are currently working for American publishers and other content-producing companies in need of professional and cost-effective proofreading, copy editing, and transcription services. We also offer technical writing and copy writing services. We can, for example, hire full-time technical writers, working offshore under our supervision, for companies in Australia, US, and Europe, and we can offer to help companies with online marketing services such as writing of English articles (SEO), newsletters, press releases, blogs, etc.

Agile software development, staff leasing, and design
As another branch of our organization, we have Codelean, which organizes training in agile software development practices in Philippines with course participants coming from all over SE Asia and even Europe. Furthermore, Codelean offers staff leasing and design services.

Call center services
We also are involved in the Philippines’ huge call center industry together with our partner CyberOne. CyberOne offers inbound call center services, back-office processing, and staff leasing services in Philippines. We can help onshore companies set up a professional and fully functional IT helpdesk or customer contact center.
