In addition to fulfilling my role as a business woman, mother and a wife, I enjoy reading, music, and visiting with friends. Spare time is limited, so I usually combine it with checking out new possibilities to enhance my business.

For the past 25 years I was deeply involved in the operational side of destination management, before launching my own company and undertaking responsibility for business development, proposals and client servicing. At the same time, I remained at the helm of our operations team. Our goal is always to develop programmes that are tailored specifically to the expectations of each client, while taking advantage of the opportunities that Cyprus offers conference and incentive groups.
My greatest strength and experience lies in the planning and execution of conferences and incentives on behalf of our clients who are all reputable C&I houses around the World for multinational pharmaceutical companies, launch events for the automobile industry, regional meetings and incentives for IT companies, as well as medical congresses.

Some time people asking me what special qualifications and talents do you have?
As a ‘people person’ my talent lies in my ability to relate to both our clients and the group members or delegates we host, and to understand their basic needs and special requests. I attend to every group with individual care and get involved as much possible in each activity or event. Above all, our clients appreciate my flexibility and ‘can-do’ attitude, even under the most difficult and unexpected circumstances. I am also known to carefully select my own suppliers and support team to ensure that their work attitude and commitment to the client is aligned with the company’s principles of total client satisfaction.

I love the challenge of meeting new people and cooperating with them to achieve successful events that they will look forward to repeating. Experiencing a perfectly organized conference is as satisfying as the fun and adventure of exciting incentive programmes. I enjoy the fact that my work is NOT a matter of routine, but that each group is different. Working with team members I have hand-picked myself is both enjoyable and rewarding.

To be honest I would not change what I do now.
Any alternative profession would have to be associated with people, perhaps children. I enjoy the spontaneity of children and responding to it. As in our business, working with children is never boring, always challenging. No two children are alike, and no two days will be the same. It is always a case of reacting and responding on a case by case basis, which is what I find both challenging and rewarding.
