After I ended my university education,I started to do my compulsory service in DO&CO Gourmet and Catering Industry,in hot'n kitchen.I had very good experience in hot'n kitchen,butcher,grilling,different cooks and presentations for kindly different airways and culturel culinary.It was such a privilage for me to had my training period there even it's one mounth.
