Senior Business Analyst within Credit Risk Reporting Capabilities; responsible for requirements gathering, business requirement analysis and specifications, as well as testing activities related to the onboarding and integration of global Private Banking data into the strategic and FINMA-compliant Credit Suisse strategic platform.

Lead Business Analyst and team lead in RFDAR program responsible for on-boarding and integrating global Private Banking data to the strategic and BCBS239-compliant platform; Senior Business Analyst for global Private Banking Credit Risk data fabric responsible for several data consumers and stakeholders' projects.

Digitalisation/Migration project, where I acted as the PM right hand. My activities related to work planning & control, change management and product quality control. The project included the migration of data and applications, acquisition of new hardware and software, users' training, outsourcing to external IT provider. My role also consisted in several BA activities, such as business requirements gathering, RFPs, tool evaluation & selection, concepts as well as migration and test scripts.

Co-authoring and teaching a 40 hour Global Project Management course for the Executive MBA program of La Salle University (Philadelphia, USA) in Basel.

Business analysis for several Data Warehouse applications (e.g. Enterprise DWH, Credit Risk, Anti-Money Laundering), including source system analysis and target data modelling. Coaching of junior team members.

Business analysis, application design and development of international payment processing, including management of end-to-end testing activities.

Management of a hotel and restaurant business with 70 beds, 120 seats. Leader of a multicultural team, sales & marketing, accounting, HR, relationship management with international guests, tour operators, travel agents and other partners.
