Über mich
I am mountain enthusiast on bike with back country skis on my back pack. By education I am an electrical engineer with a focus on power supply and automation. With practical trainings on solar wings for satellites and a control concept for a solar powered steam kitchen I forged early my green image, which summited in my thesis on the solar roof top on the Munich Fair Trade Center. Later I was involved in lobbying for green power trading and climate change initiatives. Development, Innovation and future technologies are my second leg. Later combined with a coaching training and change management tools like Spiral Dynamics integral (Graves/Beck) and U-Theory (Scharmer) I am connected and inspired by the integral movement with Ken Wilber at the forefront, bringing together my youth/scout movement experiences, outdoor activities, travel across the Himalayas and my Japanese Archery Practise. I am still looking to combine all this to my IKIGAI (japanese optimum of life)
