Hakkımda

I have a unusual combination of business, technical and training experience. I am someone who understands business and can help people achieve their goals
 
Marketing and Strategic: I started in market research, moved into business planning and worked for 12 years as European Marketing Manager for a US technology company where I was responsible for product management and strategic planning.
 
Technical: I took my first degree in engineering and still follow trends in areas such as robotics, machinery, IT and automotive. I have worked for German and American technology companies like Bosch and Parker Hannifin with strong links to R & D and manufacturing.
 
Trainer and facilitator: I set up my own training business in Frankfurt in 1994 and led company training programmes at leading DAX listed companies such as Lufthansa and Deutsche Telekom as well as at manroland, Lafarge Roofing, Barclays Bank and BIT Analytical Instruments. I also ran seminars on marketing and business communication skills and facilitated strategic marketing workshops.
 
Coach: my interest in coaching started in 2006 and I qualified as a Co-Active Coach with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) in 2007. I continued my development as a Corporate and Executive Coach with the Coaching Academy in London in 2008 where the main themes were leadership, career, change, conflict and team coaching.
 
I believe that coaching can release the hidden talents and untapped potential of people and is the best way to enhance company performance. My style is open, non-directive and curious.
 
I am Club President of Toastmasters Esprit de Corps Frankfurt.
