About me

Peter Vogel is an internationally renowned entrepreneur, entrepreneurship trainer and scholar. Peter is founder and CEO of HR Matching AG, a VC-backed Red Herring Europe Top 100 winner, which revolutionized the recruiting market through technological innovation. In addition to running the company, he pursues a PhD at the EPFL where he investigates governmental programs to help unemployed individuals transition to self-employment. As the youngest partner of the Futurework Forum, Peter is actively involved in teaching and consulting on international labor market issues. He is a coach and consultant at the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (Saudi Arabia) and has various other similar mandates. His most recent project, The Entrepreneurs’ Ship, aims at fostering entrepreneurship as a viable career option in areas where high levels of unemployment or difficult employment situations leave little room for individuals with high ambitions. Peter is think-tank member of the World Entrepreneurship Forum, member of the World Economic Forum Global Shapers Community. He has been speaking at TEDxLausanne on Youth Unemployment and Entrepreneurship.
