    I was designated to set up a branch of PMA in Central and Eastern Europe. I was acting as the executive director for the new established company and was responsible for client aquisition. I was involved in price calculation, care for acquired customers and complete realization of each deal, ending in payment. I made many important contacts in both the Czech and Slovak Republic for the benefit of the company. I am proud of the fact that within the last two years the company has gained the leading position.

    I was responsible for the collection of EU subsidies and administration of active projects. My other task was to implement ISO 9001:2001 and ISO13485: 2003 /production of medical materials/ in short time period of four months. This required close co-operation of the entire work team, definition of new procedures and complete redesign of existing ones. Another success was the completion of long-running negotiations with the hygiene station, which finally approved production.

The successful completion of the project was highly appreciated by the bank sector and Ministry of Finance.

The project was supervised by McKinsey & Comp. and had an impact on 14 000 employees of the bank.  Monitoring and reporting on the progress of the project “Transformation”, which included a complete restructuring of the organization and internal workflow in the head office as well as in all distribution channels.
