My background is diverse. I have studied arts and worked in tourism and management support, before entering the world of project, programme and portfolio management.

There I soon specialized in PMO and the P3O model, which matched with my competences and interest. The dynamic of projects is what I enjoy. And chaos is what I love to structure.

How to make things easier? What should you be doing?
Back to basic and using what you got. That is my pragmatic approach.

This career path has given me an insight in people and how organizations work in practice. Main themes are analyzing, organizing, structuring, process improvement and knowledge management. I am very much interested in innovation, trends, virtual project management, collaboration tools and social media.

Working as an independent consultant I am very happy to partner with BOT Europe which is part of BOT International. It is a great team with a lot of PMO experience and knowledge. If you see a benefit in working together for your organization don't hesitate to contact me.
