Pramod Gaur

Pramod Gaur is the President and CEO of Healthanywhere Inc. He is responsible for bringing to the market company’s state-of-the art telehealth solutions. Dr. Gaur’s activities as a telehealth industry advocate include demonstrations to the US Presidential Advisor, US Congress, The White House Conference on Aging and to International Delegates at the United Nations. Dr. Gaur has given keynote lectures at various International conferences including the International CES, Las Vegas.

Dr. Gaur has contributed to the American Telemedicine Association (ATA) as Chairman of the ATA Industry Council’s Advocacy Alliance in 2004 and Chairman of ATA’s Annual Industry Briefing in 2005 entitled “Advancing an Industry: Home Telehealth, Disease Management & Remote Patient Monitoring”. He has been an active contributor on ATA Policy Committee since 2004. In May 2006, Dr. Gaur was elected Chairman of the ATA Industry Council and served one year term on the ATA Board of Directors. Currently Dr. Gaur is serving as the Chair of the ATA International SIG (Special Interest Group)

Prior to joining IgeaCare, Dr. Gaur served as the founding President and CEO of Viterion TeleHealthcare LLC, A Bayer – Panasonic Company,. He was responsible for establishing the company’s telehealth business from its inception in 2003 to rapidly becoming the industry leader in the United States and abroad. Prior to starting Viterion, Dr. Gaur spent eight years at Bayer HealthCare, Diagnostics Division, holding a number of senior management level positions in Global Strategic Planning, Sales and Marketing and R&D. Prior to joining Bayer,
Dr. Gaur held management positions with increasing responsibilities at Baxter International, Hybritech Incorporated (Eli Lilly & Co.) and Stauffer Chemical Co.

Dr. Gaur received his doctoral degree from the University of Kansas and received his postdoctoral training at the University of Wisconsin in Madison and the University of Maryland, School of Medicine located in Baltimore.
