He started his career supervising computer support for the 'Billion in your mind' TV quiz. Shortly afterwards, he founded his first company that concentrated on producing interactive touch screen kiosks and distributing POS software in Poland.
 
Since 1997 he has performed several functions in ARAM Group (http://www.aram.pl). ARAM Notebook, spinned off as a separate company in 1999 , became a retailer specialized in selling notebooks computers in Poland. Company has been sold to MTS in May 2002.
 
In 2000 he introduced the company to the event engineering market, offering multimedia support for events, conferences and concerts and currently acts as the managing director at ARAM Multimedia which specializes in event services, designs 3D animations for TV, trades professional audio/video tapes and non-linear editing systems. Currently this is the predominant business activity of ARAM.
 
At the beginning of 2003 an affiliate company established by Rafal Mrzyglocki released the first issue of Event NEWS a marketing magazine for event and advertising business in Poland.
 
In 2004 a new company called WORLD COFFEE was created from his invention and started to build a chain of mobile coffee bars in Poland - acquired by Mercers Coffee in December 2005.
 
From the beginning of 2005 as a director of Internet Applications Department he has started creating new ventures with ATM S.A.(http://www.atm.com.pl), a publicly quoted company (WSE:ATM), in order to build innovative content platforms and web services for domestic and foreign markets. He created a new business line in ATM, responsible for building POS TV networks in Poland.
 
In 2006 ATM acquired majority stake in iloggo and Mrzyglocki became a formal CEO and minority shareholder of the company. Iloggo focuses on enhancing user interfaces through extensive use of graphical elements. The new portal is available at: http://www.iloggo.com
 
Rafal holds a master degree from the Silesian University in Katowice, Poland
