About me
Find here some themes and practices I am involved with:
Management and leadership development programmes. Inside the European Commission and internationally, I link emerging practical issues to learning events and opportunities. As an example of a typical design have a look at the Programme for Innovation in Public Service I initiated with the European Foundation for Management Development:
I am now calling a community of practitioners together to build the full set of programmes that accompany change agents to the level of effectiveness their public purpose requires them to have.
Linking and networking with social change agents. I have co-founded the association Pro Action Europe. We are for people who enhance their individual and collective effectiveness. We have recently found a way to inviting people to share their issues or projects and get direct support in very small group discussions. At the same time, the overall group is present and co-creates insights and solutions. We have run these Pro Action cafés in Brussels, and now look for organising them in other cities. Interdevelopmental work with adult clients
I have found cutting edge insights that link the mental development of adults with the process of helping and consulting in exchanging with Otto Laske from the Interdevelopmental Institute. Here is his book, on developmentally enhanced process consulting auf deutsch:

I regularly lead interactive seminars in small learning group sessions in Brussels, and maybe with you in your city. You find more on the practice of developing yourselves and others in Europe at
Consulting as a professional practice. I have been constantly working to learn and improve my ways of being a helpful professional. Thus, I have been asked to share this with business students at Rotterdam Business School, where I tought an introduction into process consulting, based on Peter Block's "flawless consulting". This has now become a popular course with EU officials in Brussels. Connect wiht me to exchange on the practice of consulting and leading change, especially in a bureaucratically 'infected' environment.
