In September 2009 I started Q2, the Mobile Gourmet Restaurant to provide freshly cooked, healthy and high quality food to the visitors of Ireland’s Festivals, Events, Markets and Private Events.My Gourmet Mobile Kitchen uses the most modern techniques, such as Biological Cooking and Pressure Roasting, to ensure that Vitamins, Nutrients and Minerals are not overcooked and colour and taste are fully preserved.

The pressure cooking, frying and baking capacity of the Gourmet Mobile Kitchen is more than 600 litres:
2x Pressure boiling pans each 150 L = 300 L
2x Pressure frying pans each 53 L = 106 L
2x Ovens each 78 L = 156 L
2x Tea makers each 28 L = 56 L

The Gourmet Mobile Kitchen is completely self contained and can be operated anywhere, including off-road locations. It can operate in all weather conditions as the Gourmet Mobile Kitchen can be completely sealed using its all-round tent.
Alternatively the cooked food can be delivered to your event using the newest generation of gastronorm food carrying systems, which ensure hot tasty and safe meals for your event and guests.

Before starting Q2 I worked in the Software/IT industry for 20 Years. Most of my employment was in the pre-sales/sales support environment and in direct customer/partner contact areas. I have worked for a number of startup companies, or companies which were in the early startup phase, such as Oracle, PeopleSoft (now Oracle), Crossworlds (now IBM), Tibco and Motive Communications.
