About me

Reid Anderson is a Senior Manager at Trestle Group and has been active for over 15 years. During this period of time, he has worked as a trusted advisor for sourcing engagements for both buy and sell side companies. Reid has recommended in-sourced and outsourced solutions alike and has worked with providers in both near- and offshore locations.

Prior to joining Trestle Group, he was based in Frankfurt as a senior project manager for Xchanging and was a consultant for Ernst & Young’s Global Settlement Services advisory practice; a group focused on driving back-office efficiencies for financial services companies.

Before moving to Europe, Reid managed personnel and logistics operations during federal natural disasters for the U.S. government. In the U.S. financial services sector, Reid started his career with firms Provident Bank of Maryland and MBNA America, driving process performance improvements in commercial lending and contact center operations respectively.

Reid frequently contributes to Trestle Group outsourcing research and he has been published in top publications like the Financial Times - fDi Magazine. He moderates and frequently contributes to the leading Xing blog, Offshore Outsourcing.
