Leading a Development Team that customizes the standard Sungard Risk Solution in order to meet specific client needs. Team also builds and maintains other customized applications that have been built upon the core Risk Product. My core role is to oversee product development across the Americas, enhance and professionalize the development lifecycle, assist in crucial implementations and manage the Product Development Team. Aside from leading Development, I also serve as Lead Technical Consultant and Trainer for various client projects within the Trading & Risk sector.
Solutions are implemented in Java, VB, C#, ASP.NET and SQL.

UBS Investment Banking, Stamford, CT
Started as a member of the CRM architecture and framework team. I im-proved performance and reliability of the Java Middle Tier and Web Front-end.
Then I became technical manager for an account provisioning system for external clients based on and integrated with CRM. The role includes de-fining and controlling the technical architecture, managing quality and ver-sion control, managing rollouts to a live system and developing the java middle tier. The application is based on Oracle Workflow with an Oracle Portal Front-end, a Java Middle Tier and integrated with several other UBS applications like CRM, Reporting, Directory Services and legacy access control systems.

Designed and implemented a mission critical replication tool between a Sy-base and a Oracle DB with two different data models. Implemented some Oracle Portlets for the UBS CRM System.
