- Richard Sorrentino is Chief Operations Officer of Net Equity Partners, LLC. Since 2002, Richard has participated in the execution of over $250 million in transactions, acquiring, managing, and repositioning commercial property across the United States. In 2010, Richard co-formed Net Equity Partners LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Corporation doing business as a commercial real estate investment company. The company is now headquartered in Princeton, New Jersey and also serves as a holding company for the Net Equity Partners family of companies. He has co-developed a unique investment approach for evaluating and identifying emerging market opportunities where superior risk-adjusted returns can be realized. This approach has allowed Net Equity Partners LLC to offer returns on investments that target alpha generation. Through founding Net Equity Partners, Richard has been able to combine his investment experience and philosophy with the creative talent required for identifying emerging markets. Richard has assembled extensive team knowledge in property assessment and transactional due diligence. His state of the art, internal analysis systems evaluate emerging markets for opportunities prior to market upswing allowing Net Equity Partners to acquire profitable real estate investments. In 2010, Net Equity Partners LLC was formed to serve as an investment, asset and property management company for Net Equity Partners real estate holdings, and to conduct third-party fee management business. Richard takes pride in investing not only in properties, but also in medical charities that serve the families and communities that support our investor initiatives. Richard is a seasoned entrepreneur having started and run several companies since the mid-1980s. His networking and marketing skills have influenced rapid company growth. He is actively involved in board positions and guidance committees of many private and public initiatives nationwide.
