Hakkımda

Dr. Riza Kadilar is a PhD in Media Economics. After a BSc degree at METU in Industrial Engineering, he has obtained his MSc degree at Stanford University, and completed his MBA at HEC, Paris. He has also attended an executive management course in strategic bank management at INSEAD.

His past professional carrier includes senior level bank management experience in UK, the Netherlands, and Turkey, and he is currently working for a Paris based major European international investment banking group, representing their advisory services arm in Turkey.

Dr. Kadilar is the Chairman of EMCC Turkey (European Mentorship and Coaching Council). He is an accredited certified executive coach with an advanced level diploma from London based Academy of Executive Coaching (recognised by both EMCC, and ICF). Previously he had also ample experience in co-active life coaching as a graduate of The Coaching Training Institute’s intermediate level program. His coaching practice aims to offer his coaching competencies within a gestalt perspective supported with his extensive senior executive management and business leadership experience at international and local level.

During the last ten years, Dr. Kadilar has also delivered numerous motivational speeches in more than twenty countries on various topics, including “Effective Networking”, “NGO and Business Leadership”, “Personal Branding”, “Corporate Governance”, etc... He chairs and regularly speaks at international conferences mainly on energy, structured trade and investment finance. He also lectures in universities; currently at Boğaziçi University, previously Izmir University of Economics, and Kadir Has University in finance, brand management and international relations. He is also an editorial board member of “GTR: Global Trade Review”, a London based leading trade finance magazine.

Being an active citizen through his leading roles in various NGOs, Dr. Kadilar is currently working on the establishment of a think-tank (

http://www.execturkey.com) to enhance the leadership and governance practice in the Turkish business environment by combining his 15 years of senior international executive management experience together with his motivational speaker and coaching background.

He is a scientifc commitee member of Institut du Bosphore, a thing tank established by TUSIAD. He also serves as the Chairman of ESU Turkey (Engilish Speaking Union), a board member of GYIAD, co-chairman of Turkey Alumni of HEC. He is a JCI Senator and JCI International Training Fellow.
