He finds it difficult to speak about himself, but his skills in the field of dentistry tend to speak for themselves. To that end, Dr. Robert Gougaloff is an experienced dental professional that specializes in Implant Dentistry and Laser Dentistry. In addition to these sought after areas of practice, Dr. Gougaloff is also proficient in the fields of associated grafting procedures, as well as the prosthetic re-construction of dental implants. Dr. Gougaloff has dedicated much of his personal time to gain the extra knowledge and experience to make him qualified in Oral Laser Surgery, Laser Therapy, Neuromuscular Dentistry, as well as surgical and therapeutic applications of lasers in dentistry. Along with his practical and professional dentistry experiences, Dr. Gougaloff also gained extensive teaching experience at a university and private level. In these capacities, he has become a published author who assisted and approved many research projects required of residents at the university level. His ability to speak both English and German fluently has no doubt contributed significantly to his excellent communication skills and cross-cultural understanding. Robert Gougaloff is currently the owner and president of Gemini Dental Enterprises, Inc., a corporation that serves as a contracting platform for various healthcare related activities. Prior to establishing Gemini Dental Enterprises, Inc., Mr. Gougaloff worked in a variety of management and individual contributor positions at companies and establishments including Loma Linda University; Turnbull, Cardona & Gougaloff as well as the University of Southern California. Presently Mr. Gougaloff works as an independent contractor at Redondo Beach Dental Group and as a clinical and research advisor to USA Laser Biotech, Inc.
Dr. Gougaloff graduated from UCLA, earning his Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences. He went on to earn his Doctorate in Dentistry from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. After earning his doctorate he entered a three-year full-time Residency at Loma Linda University at the Center for Oral Implantology, earning a certificate specialty degree in Oral Implantology, a specialty certification in Microsurgery, and a certificate in IV sedation.
