Travelling the world permanently since 2008 and following my passion, commercial real estate investment. I originate and co-invest with international partners in German commercial real estate. I'm the founder of RJ Capital, a boutique investment group of owner-managed companies. RJ Investment GmbH is the investment arm. RJ Management GmbH is responsible for the administration and management of the property partnerships. Each property is held in ring-fenced SPVs.

Founded and launched RJ Consultancy Limited as investment boutique to provide highly personalized services for commercial cross-border real estate transactions to a select group of private high-net-worth investors. Firm acts as originator and lead investor, sourcing suitable investment opportunities and providing a one-stop boutique solution from structuring, financing, complete transaction management to subsequent asset management.

European Investment - Head of German Operations: Established and expanded the Irish-German cross-border brokerage and consulting activity, making it the market leader and most profitable business in the company. Sourced and transacted over EUR 700 million of commercial properties in Europe, mainly focussing on Germany.

Generated new leads by assuming full responsibility for Global Corporate Clients and their requirements. Completed due diligence on two convenience shopping centres (5,800/ 7,550 m²). Marketed grade-A office building with 8,500 m² in Claremont, Cape Town.

Compiled market research and leasing strategy on the Lend Lease Munich City Tower development with 20,000 m² of net lettable office space.

Analysed rental rates, negotiated with tenants and devised the tenancy mix for the Great Eastern Mall, a grade-A shopping centre development with 24,000 m² of net lettable retail space, adjoining the Great Eastern Office Tower.

Luxurious residential properties in the south-west Berlin. Showed residential properties, provided close, personal client attention and followed-up to ensure best service. Designed and updated marketing materials. Managed STRABAG residential development and marketed two villas.
