Headhunting is a passion. I like the opportunities I have every single day to meet and interact with interesting people. It is necessary to have a natural flowing conversation with applicants instead of an interview, this is the only way to allow personalities to surface thus allowing me the chance to provide the proper advice or guidance.

Not everyone is motivated by money or by tangible benefits and it is my job to find out if a particular assignment suits a candidate's background and culture, because this will ensure my success: satisfied clients with happy employees.
