About me

As a Mentor and Global Leadership Coach and Consultant, I partner with Executives and senior managers who have made a commitment to improving their leadership abilities. Our focus is often on interpersonal savvy, strategic development and virtual team building. I am a Master Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation.

My background is over 20 years in Organizational Development and all aspects of change management. I now focus more of my attention individually and in team settings. In the fall of 2005, I relocated from Ottawa, Canada to Geneva, Switzerland, where I continue to coach in the corporate setting.

Since 1982, I have coached over 300 executives, managers and professional staff from all sectors both private and public in career development and planning. This includes conducting in-depth 360 degree interviews and the profiling of individual strengths and abilities. In addition, I consult to both public and private sectors on issues surrounding change and transition. My background includes diverse industry experience including line management in high tech and financial institutions.

One of my passions is Assessments Here, an online assessment delivery service and community. We assist organizations through our world-wide network of qualified coaches and trainers.
