Nell’ambito dell’Intelligence ricade la sicurezza ( l’analisi del rischio aziendale e personale ), ma prevalentemente è l'acquisizione delle informazioni che si realizza attraverso il processo informativo, il quale conta delle seguenti fasi:
a) Pianificazione e direzione: nella quale i manager i consigli direttivi o gli studi legali definiscono gli obbiettivi ritenuti necessari per le proprie decisioni;
b) Raccolta: nella quale vengono messe in atto tutte le attività di raccolta, le notizie mediante specifiche attività tecniche;
c) Elaborazione: nella quale le notizie vengono classificate, valutate e incrociate;
d) Analisi e Produzione: le notizie vengono elaborate in una informazione utilizzabile, e viene indicata l’affidabilità;

Falls within the Intelligence Security (risk analysis business and personal), but mostly is the acquisition of information is accomplished through the information process, which has the following phases:
a) Planning and direction in which the managers of the Governing Council or law firms define the objectives deemed necessary for their decisions;
b) Collection: in which are put in place all collection activities, the news by specific technical activities;
c) Preparation: In which the news is classified, evaluated and cross;
d) Analysis and Production: the news is processed into a usable information, and is indicated reliability;

Intelligence:
Ou l'analyse de nouvelles et d'informations, la rédaction de laquelle tirer des informations utiles à la prise de décisions.
Relève du renseignement de sécurité (analyse des risques d'entreprise et personnel), mais est surtout l'acquisition d'informations s'effectue à travers le processus d'information, qui comprend les phases suivantes:
