CareerBuild is a programme that empowers young adults to plan and choose their careers based on a knowledge of their God given talents, abilities and purposes as well as an understanding of the opportunities in today's market. The programme has been run successfully in townships such as Alexandra, Zandspruit and Braamfontein where it has become part of the fabric. My involvement is serving on the Mentors and the Careerbuilders in realizing the mandates as set out in the program.

Joined Pastel Software Zimbabwe as a Support Consultant, rising to positions of Support Supervisor, then Sales Consultant to New Business Executive at my time of departure to start my own Consultancy Firm. During my tenure in Sales we achieved record " Best Sales of Pastel Internationally", this despite the downslide in the economy of Zimbabwe. This position has been achieved to date

Oversaw an accounts team of 4 members, assisted Accountant with month end accounts preparation, rolled out computerisations of both Accounting and Payroll systems
