Selection and Recruitment processes for companies in Europe and South America. Main duties: Collection of briefing in cooperation with clients, search through Company Database, Head Hunting, Job Portal Search, networking and referral. Technical forms evaluation, personality tests, arranging and conducting interview with job applicants, writing reports on job applicants for internal/external clients.

Contribution to selection and recruiting processes (engineering profesional profiles), collaboration in training programmes implementation, analysis of working environment surveys and employment fairs preparation and attendance.

Main duties: Screening cv’s, telephone interviews and database organization.
