About me

Hi,

It is now around 4 years since my wife and I moved up to Norway. Born, grown up and educated in Austria, I have been working two years in Turkey, several years in Austria and 4 in Germany until I found my place to live in Norway now.

I started my professional career a few years (1993) ago for Champion Sportreisen as tennis instructor where I first led our destinations in Turkey and was later responsible for the southern part of Austria, Slovenia, Croatia and Italy as well as the event management part. After that I joined IKEA Austria. After spending a few years in the headquarters building up a country wide HR initiative I transferred to Germany to become HR manager of the Munich flagship store. Two years later I joined Accenture where I was responsible for several projects implementing SAP HR and new processes in the HR area both globally as well as locally. From december 2006 until end of January 2008 I was working for SAP Norway as a project manager. After having been working as a Project Manager for SAP Norway for a bit more than a year I decided to get back to Accenture where I took over the role as country lead for the HCMS (Human Capital Management Solutions) group in Accenture Norway.

Even though my days as competitive tennisplayer are over I still enjoy doing a lot of sports in my leisure time (mountain biking, skiing - alpine and nordic, kajaking, golf, tennis). In addition to that being out in the nature and spending my sparetime together with my wife and close friends is the best way I can imagine to reenergize and reload my batteries.
