Multi-site responsibility for reporting, monitoring and maintaining systems in place as well as vision development, road map execution and best practice definition and exchange. Strong working relationship with key stakeholders and interfacing with multiple departments such as Safety, Quality, Engineering. Fast paced development and implementation of processes and procedures to support strategic targets.

Responsible for correct and balanced deployment of resources including facilities, equipment and personnel to match the needs of the business and its customers. Develop strategic and operating plans to ensure appropriate resources to support current forecasted business and projected growth from a site planning point of view. Working closely with various internal and external stakeholders.

Planning, building up and commissioning of new manufacturing site under consideration of operational excellence. Designing and implementing innovative technical and operational processes to create and further develop competitive advantage. Leading strategic projects with cross functional teams. Starting up global know how center for systems and industrial engineering in close collaboration with global engineering teams.

Develop, commission and ramp up of product handling and complete packaging lines in diverse industries. Provide leadership and mentoring support during on site installations and training. Creative problem solving globally for new and existing product handling and packaging lines.

Continuous improvement and troubleshooting for blown film extrusion and flexography systems. New product introductions, machine installations and design changes in close collaboration with suppliers.
