About me

I am working in Accenture’s Management Consulting & Integrated Market Workgroup. As part of the Global CRM and Talent & Organisation Performance Service Lines, I have been working on a number of strategic programs and initiatives, mainly within the Customer Service, Sales, Marketing and HR organisation.

Having joined Accenture in 2002, I have been focusing on business integration, business readiness and transformational change in particular various aspects of technology-driven people and process change.
Over the years I have worked with international clients across a number of industries in Europe, such as Vodafone, T-Mobile, Deutsche Telekom, Microsoft, SAP, ntl: Telewest, Orange, ING Insurance, Technosila

From March 2007 I was the ICM Specialty Lead for UK and Ireland, working on the development of Incentive compensation strategy, system implementation and outsourcing capabilities. Since November 2008, I am the Specialty Lead for Performance Management & Total Rewards in Germany, Switzerland and Austria.

I have a French MSc in International Marketing from ESC Lyon and a German MSc in Business Administration, Human Performance Management and Organisational Behaviour.
