Established in August 2001, Darwin Recruitment was set up to specialise in sourcing IT and Telecoms professionals.  During the last 10 years Darwin has assisted professionals in the end to end management of their recruitment process for both permanent and contract placements and has since experienced unprecedented year on year growth despite the recent challenging economic climate.

With the latest financial sales reaching a £7.5 million turnover, Darwin forecasts a growth to £13.5 million turnover by 2012.

Darwin operate an in depth training and succession plan for all new employees whether they come from a recruitment background or are new to the industry. The last five managerial appointments were made by internal promotion. Our success lies within the dedicated teams, all of whom channel their industry, geographical and technological expertise into our client’s and candidate’s requirements.  We understand that the recruitment process can be time consuming, so Darwin focuses on making the process as smooth and as simple as possible for all parties involved.  

In 2011 Darwin opened their first international branch in Amsterdam, the first in a three year international expansion plan which also includes increased UK trading and new branches in Switzerland, Norway and Germany.
