+Oridian GmbH in Cologne was originally set up by me as the sole proprietor in December 2002 until I sold it to Oridian Ltd. in Israel in March 2005, when it became Oridian’s German subsidiary.
+Oridian is a globally operating ad network with 100 staff in New York, Tel Aviv, London, Cologne, Paris, Amsterdam, Buenos Aires, Sydney, Los Angeles, Vail and Hyderabad.
+Customers comprise all european media agencies as well as direct customers in online marketing at local, national and international levels.
ActiveAgent (Nov. 1999 – Dec. 2002)
Managing Director and founder of the online ad network company ActiveAgent GmbH, a subsidiary of the METRO Group and sale of this ad network to goldbachmedia AG (
www.goldbachmedia.ch). ActiveAgent is now AdLink in Switzerland and Austria.
+Foundation and development of sales structure with branches in three German cities (Hamburg, Cologne and Munich), Vienna, Zurich, Budapest.
+Provision of consultancy and support for all German advertising and media agencies as well as for marketing departments of companies advertising on the internet in Germany
+Most important publishing customers gained: all Scout24 platforms, Expedia, Travel24, Lastminute.com, West.de and 100 further websites.
+Preparation and realisation of a merger with the Swiss media company goldbachmedia AG.
