Working with maintenance team at gas compressor station: TYPE ARIEL MODEL (JGC/4/6, JGR/4, JGM/2/JG/2) Internal maintenance course for gas compressor at main station. Daily inspection: Check gas compressor parameters & comparing all Readings value with the set points value to find out any problem before Happening, check for gas leak, oil leak, pressures, temperatures, liquid levels, Up normal sounds, vibration……etc.

Analyzing trend data and advising solutions to solve problems could happen. Analyzing station shut-downs & sharing instructions with the advisor to Reduce shut-down frequency and period. Check suction & discharge valves temperatures Daly by temperature Gun. Sharing the advisor by controlling maintenance procedures programs of Compressors (Monthly P.M or1000 Hrs.P.M,4000 Hrs. P.M.8000 Hrs.) Collect vibration reading, vibration analysis, and laser alignment…

Good knowledge about static equipment \slug catcher, accumulator, suction scrubber & pig Launcher, SDV's, re boiler, refrigeration tours…… Following double block & bleed procedure as per job planning. Suction gas scrubber: check gas demister &carrying on wielding job procedure. LCV: changing steam packing, disk, sit & gasket SDV: changing ball seal set & steam packing.
