About me
A keen photographer/cameraman having a lot of Prestigious International Projects to his credit. Including making Documentaries for Discovery(USA), ARTE(fRENCH) GEO & ZDF(German), BBC(UK), EO(Netherlands) & ZEE TV (India). Art Films, Music Videos & the latest Advertisements for Uttaranchal Tourism being aired on BBC World throughout Europe & USA about "Spirituality in Uttaranchal" & another "Adventure in Uttaranchal".
At present filming the stories in the whole of North India for the Highly rated programme on Zee TV called " Shabaash India", (the programme is about Indian people who can do anything incredible).
During his college days he has won the Group "N" Category in the World's roughest & the toughest, Himalayan Car Rally in 1985, also receiving the Karl Gustaf Memorial Trophy for Out-standing performance & best sportsmanship award in the same year. With a motor Rallying career from 1985-1990. Doing rallies in India, Malaysia & Hong Kong.
At present the Chairman of the Body Building Association of Uttarakhand State, India.
Apart from all the assignments and work, he has time for Charity & Social work. He is the Past President of the Rotary Club of Ranipur at Hardwar and one of the two Managing Trustees of a well known "Shiv Shakti Charitable Trust" which is providing free medical assistance, permanent tutorial classes for children & women, along with distribution of necessities to Tribal people living in the forest areas.
Most recently, he has been organising with the help of his Doctor clients, a Plastic Surgery camp at Haridwar. Where Doctors from Germany & Italy operated upon poor patients. Performing surgeries for burns, accidental scars, face deformation, limb movement etc. every year in october for 10 days. As many of the patients need multiple surgeries. We give prefference to unmarried girls, children & then the rest others. All from poor families.
Not only the humans benifit, but for his love for animals, he is the first example in the country to adopt a baby elephant named "Yogi"
