Santiago Depares Marti, at 46 years of age, is the Founder of Dipole Analyst, as CTO (Chief Technology Officer) and Analyst he has a detailed international experience in the automatic identification sector where he began his career when he was only 19 years old. Today he provides his knowledge of RFID to both Spanish and European companies.
His professional career path shows a mixture of two profiles uncommonly linked: the practical and theoretical. He started as a young man in the warehouse, continued as an installer, equipment designer, all the way to Commercial Director of Spain at 26 years old.
At 30 years old, true to his entrepreneurial character, he started his first company, dedicated to Identification Solutions and Tracking, based in bar codes, and has been path-setting since 1997 as well as receiving prestigious awards and recognitions at a European level, defining him as an indisputable leader and a model to follow in his field.
From the beginning he created his own I+D department where it developed international patents and innovative products in related to Automatic Identification, which have allowed for coverage of more than 60% of the market, and now has under its responsibility more than 110 people. (5 times more than the next competitor)
Marked by his visionary character, in 2003 he intuitively predicted the development of RFID, with its contribution to consumer security and product movements. Understanding that this change would present a huge opportunity for companies currently dedicated to bar codes, but that it would be difficult to adapt to such an adjustment, he started a process of change. Creating a system of RFID tag production, allowing him to sell his assets and know-how to both national and foreign companies.
Today, Dipole is dedicated to giving conferences about all aspects relating to RFID and advising companies and institutions that hope to incorporate this technology into their processes or supply chains.
