Responsibilities: Introduced and implemented rolloutof the Customer Care program “Life” in Asia Pacific for the AX product group in Asia Pacific.

• Implemented successfully local marketing strategies and sales support programmes in the
framework of Life the customer care program of Siemens Healthcare for the region
• Strategized, developed, and implemented trainings for customers through national education programs, international courses, user meetings and e-learning with official accreditation.
• Handled customer relations successfully and represented Siemens Healthcare during fairs&events and hospital visits
• Successfully conducted the first “Introductory Course in Interventional Cardiology” in
Asia in collaboration with the National University of Singapore in 2006. This training became essential part of the education environment for young cardiologist in the region. The interactive 2 days workshop is accredited with CME credits and now conducted twice a year. In this context responsible of the whole project including handeling the third party relation to catheder companies like Teruma and Cordis and vascular simulation system suppliers like Cathi and Memphis
