Working as visiting tutor at the School of Design in the Global Innovation Design department. Global Innovation Design (GID) is a new joint Master's programme between the Royal College of Art and Imperial College London. It is a unique, transnational Master’s design initiative that brings together three major centres of design, culture, enterprise and industry: Europe, North America and Asia.

Currently, I am holding the position as Innovation Design Engineer working with the IT innovation manager to provide technology input to the John Lewis innovation agenda. Identifying trends across industry markets and harnessing these along with technology innovation and changing customer behaviour.

Design Talents is a network of young professionals who better understand how to exploit creativity and manage innovation based on a multi-disciplinary approach and education. Multi-disciplinarity is the response to a changing world. Understanding the design process for innovation, know the environment in which their talents are applicable and can talk the language of business.

I was responsible for the initial project proposal, concept development, proof of concept and implementation of new and disruptive customer experience, merging the physical and digital customer experience. Furthermore, I ensured the quality of delivery across the involved departments and business partners from a prototype delivery point of view.
