About me
Before joining the Forum, I did research and managed research projects at the International Labour Organization; this included studies on the impact of trade and investment on human capital development, as well as an assessment of the economic costs of social exclusion. Prior to that, I provided background research on public-private financing at UNDP.
My professional focus lies on the social and economic implications of globalization and technological change, as well as cross-sector responses to global challenges. My doctoral thesis at the Witten/Herdecke University examines the management of multi-stakeholder partnerships and so did my thesis at the LSE. As part of my academic work, I taught courses at the Witten/Herdecke University and the University of Geneva.
Passionate about science and technology, I developed programming and web design skills as a young student which led to the successful foundation of an online financial services platform in 2000, as well as extensive consulting work in my university years. Today, I am particularly interested in design thinking, social innovation, and content curation.
