Today senior hr and legal consultant, I am a hard working team player –also in a multicultural environment- and I enjoy exceeding targets.
 
I look for ways to do things better because I am motivated by being successful and achieving. Over that I really like my work.
 
I have always worked in a team, often as a team leader and with great success both with people and reaching my goals. I am a patient person, able to listen and able to be a good business partner.

• Hr and legal office:
 
• labour legislation and particularly new Italian labour law (legge Biagi) and, for example, its consequences on the new contracts with non employees; legal advices to company departments on management policies, for example on hiring and recruitment choices; trials, including labour ones, also contractual disputes, job description.
• company contracts, both domestic and international.
• write and develop company recruitment procedures, including career planning and training for various professional profiles such as senrior and junior commercial manager, quality and logisitics, buyer manager, production planning manager.
• start up of the hr function: for this reason I started the policies concerning recruiting, interviews, labour contracts, disciplinary ones.
• compensation and motivation of Human Resources through incentive and bonuses. To reach this purpose I used an evaluation system of employees and goals to be reached.
• recruitment agencies, executive and head hunters firms; training –also personally done- and development needs, interviews, research of staff; arrival-departure process: resignations, displacements, salary check; ensure alignment practices, policies, processes by supporting the line managers; company agents, ENASARCO; compensation and benefits, mainly for commercial and productive company departments; HR contracts; performance appraisal. These expertises involve both plant staff and the central office staff.

• I have been successful in creating and leading work teams; effectively managed disputes, including labour disputes; and I have a strong negotiation ability.
• I have created the internal legal office in a large organized company; strong negotiation ability.
• this also in a forwarding company without an internal structured organization; intensive international duties.
• In a civil law-firm handling business also with foreign clients, mainly international forwarding companies; here I have worked with these foreign clients for my knowledge of English language.

La mia esperienza di oltre 10 anni nel settore risorse umane è stata svolta in vari settori merceologici come quello dello spedizioni internazionali, in quello automotive e di produzione in generale.
 
Si è svolta principalmente nel tracciare percorsi di carriera, interviste, recruitment e formazione. In questa posizione ho anche gestito gli aspetti legali della gestione del personale come anche le relazioni industriali.
Laureato alla Università Statale di Milano, credo nella formazione continua. Per migliorare la mia conoscenza del diritto societario, nel 2002 ho frequentato un master in Organizzazione e personale in SDA BOCCONI e nel 2005 un master breve in diritto del lavoro, relazioni sindacali e amministrazione del Personale. Nel 2006 un seminario in comunicazione aziendale, negoziazione e problem solving.
 
Ho delle forti competenze emotive e professionali di leadership e gestione, grazie al mio percorso formative. Ho frequentato la scuola negli USA fino ai 16 anni e ho continuato a studiare inglese anche in Italia, utilizzando sempre l’inglese anche a livello professionale.
 
Purtroppo la società di cui ero responsabile risorse umane è stata dichiarata fallita nell’ottobre 2006 e come risultato ho svolto le mie competenze come consulente, ma sempre alla ricerca di un’occupazione anche subordinata.
