About me
As a Certified Scrum Practitioner and PRINCE2 Registered Practitioner, I have applied a pragmatic combination of Scrum and XP to many successful software delivery projects and programmes.
Every client has different requirements but often my engagements involve guiding an organisation as they take their first steps with agile. This can involve looking at the business case for agile, designing and delivering custom training for business and technical staff and mentoring internal project managers. There is a common thread that ties together all of my work and that is my passion for helping organisations to find more effective ways to deliver software projects.
